  • Perineal stitches or caesarean section wound check, uterine involution, lochia (bleeding after birth) and breast assessment.<\/li>\n
  • Advices on pelvic floor exercises and perineal care.<\/li>\n
  • Support with baby care (sleep-awake rhythm, umbilical cord care, bath, weight\/growth, potential skin rashes, nappy rash etc).<\/li>\n
  • Breastfeeding\/bottle feeding support.<\/li>\n
  • Contraception education.<\/li>\n
  • Personalised advice and support according to any need that may occur.<\/li>\n
